This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions of the agreement for legal services by and between Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (“Citizens”), and Scharome R. Wolfe, P.A. (“Firm”).

Park Hill School District (the “School District”), and the law firm of Spencer Fane LLP (“Spencer Fane”), to become effective for all services rendered on or after this date.

THIS LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is effective July 1, 2022 for the 2022-2023 school year, by and between the Conejo Valley Unified School District (“Client”) and the law firm of Adams Silva & McNally LLP (“Law Firm,” together with Client, “Parties”). In consideration of the promises and the mutual agreements hereinafter contained, Client and Law Firm agree as follows:

This Agreement does not obligate Attorney to try a case or perform any Service related to any trial on behalf of Client. If Client wishes to hire Attorney for a trial, and Attorney agrees to so represent Client, an additional written fee Agreement will be entered into for that purpose. Client acknowledges that most cases settle before trial, and if Client wishes to retain Attorney for trial, the amount of work involved in trial and trial preparation will exceed the estimate of hours below. This Agreement does not obligate Attorney to appeal on behalf of Client. If Client wishes to appeal and Attorney agrees to so represent Client, an additional written fee Agreement will be entered into for that purpose. Attorney will not provide any other additional or extra legal Service to Client other than those specified above without a separate written fee Agreement for any additional or extra work.

This Agreement made and entered into this day of 2021, by and between the City of Stevenson, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and Kenneth B. Woodrich PC, Attorney at Law, WSBA No. 19654 (hereinafter referred to as “Attorney”), whose address is: 3205 F Street Vancouver, Washington 98663.

THIS LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made between MYERS, WIDDERS, GIBSON, JONES & FEINGOLD, L.L.P. (“Attorney”) and the CONEJO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (“Client”).

To support the awesome, radical, wonderful work of East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative (EB PREC) and in recognition that EB PREC’s work advances the Sustainable Economies Law Center’s charitable and educational purposes, the Law Center is agreeing to provide pro bono legal services to EB PREC until the end of 2021. When signed by each of us, this will become our agreement for legal services.

This agreement is made and entered into this _______ day of ____________, 2022 by and between [NAME] County, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and [ATTORNEY], hereinafter referred to as “Attorney”.

Client shall pay all out-of-pocket costs, including court costs, filing fees, photocopying ($.15/page), long distance telephone calls, excessive postage, notary fees, mileage (at the rate authorized by law for business miles), and other necessary court and office costs. Firm is not obligated to advance any out-of-pocket costs. These costs are in addition to the fee for Firm’s services.
