2024 is an election year, with Election Day on Saturday 19 October. By convention, the Assembly stops sitting six weeks before election day so current members can campaign for re-election. The Assembly can still be recalled to sit anytime until Friday 18 October.

The Eleventh Assembly will meet no more than seven days after the results of the election are declared. It will set any other sitting days for 2024 then.
